  Its my own personal hell. It's not the kind of place you sit around at. Everyone there is there to put in work, I love it. The staff is outstanding, and the diversity of the equipment is awesome. I know I can do something different everyday there. Oh?! And the classes are great to.

  Basic and straight forward not a bunch of useless cable machines every where just bar bells dumb bells and kettel bells all the things to build strength and endurance even got a punching bag
